All domestic orders are processed within 24 working hours, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
As soon as your order is confirmed, it enters our system for careful packing and dispatch.
Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
However, for interior regions, remote locations, or Out of Delivery Area (ODA) pin codes, please allow up to 10 business days.
We work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
All orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, through leading logistics providers to maintain reliability and care in every parcel.
We offer Free Shipping across India — because premium skincare shouldn’t come with extra strings attached.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need to make modifications.
If you’d like to cancel your order:
Please write to us as soon as possible at 📧 care@mikobiotech.com before your order is dispatched.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately.
If your order was prepaid, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
Please note: Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our handcrafted formulations. However, in rare cases where something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You were sent the wrong item.
The product was leaking, broken, or otherwise compromised during transit.

Our team will validate the concern and process a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless there is a clear defect or damage.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
We do not accept exchanges due to hygiene regulations.
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
No deliveries or dispatches are made on public holidays or Sundays.
Miko Biotech is not responsible for damages post-delivery, including exposure to heat, mishandling, or storage issues.
